Ms. Munson has been  litigating with the Firm since 1995.  She obtained her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law after receiving her B.B.A. from Baylor University.   Ms. Munson's earlier work with a plaintiff's firm provided her with helpful insight into the workings of a case.  Since that time, Ms. Munson's proclivity for defense work has been an incredible asset to her clients at both the trial and appellate levels. Premises liability, friendly suits (prove-ups), defamation, negligence, vehicular liability, fraud, subrogation, and appeals are a few areas in which Ms. Munson practices.  Ms. Munson is a legal technician who strongly believes in and enforces the rules of civil procedure to her client's advantage.  Additionally, Ms. Munson believes in thinking outside the box to find creative solutions to client's problems.
